Class Action Lawsuit! Read This STAT!

This could have been one of the boxes causing problems for Kellogg's

If you purchased Kellogg's Rice Krispies between the dates of June 1, 2009 and March 1st, 2010 you may be entitled to up to $15 in compensation as part of their settlement. The lawsuit was brought about because Kellogg's falsely advertised that the below cereals supported your immune system when in fact they did not have enough adequate data to back the claim. If you purchased Kellogg's Rice Krispies or Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies between those dates you can submit a claim form for compensation here. You can get $5 per box (up to 3 boxes.) You do not need proof of purchase. I know I bought these, so I just filled out the form! If you chose not to participate but know you purchased the cereal, the remainder of the settlement will be donated to charity.

  1. Yay for free stuff, but wow....what a world we live in that people sue companies for false advertising nutrition values. Since that NEVER happens. heh. Just seems a bit disturbing...
