I happened to stumble across this website a few months back and loved what I saw. This non-profit foundation offers free professional house cleaning and maid services to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer-any type of cancer. Normally every Tuesday I get a giant wad of papers in my mailbox that goes immediately into recycling. Today however, I wanted to recheck something in the CVS ad and went digging. I was pretty happy I did! I found a Burger King coupon book with $35 worth of coupons in it (including a FREE 4 piece chicken tender-no purchase necessary!) I also found a great insert for Publix, featuring coupons that you can use on formula, diapers, and Johnson products. Now, I've been out of that game (whew) for a little while so if anyone would like the Publix baby coupons, the first person to comment on this post on Facebook can have them. Note, they are only valid from September 1-7 so I would need to send them out tomorrow.

I blogged yesterday about a new site called Fab.com that is offering up some sweet referral credit for sharing their site with your friends. I am up bright and early this morning, checking out the coupons in the paper. I was sort've bummed that my paper didn't carry the Parade Magazine so I could score the free Dannon yogurt. I went to throw away the plastic covering when I noticed an ad for Advil on it. Inside the plastic was a little card with a code saying to enter it at advil.com and receive a coupon for a free bottle! Sweet! Be on the lookout for this "hidden" freebie!

There's a new daily deals site that just popped up called Rootz. I like blogging about the daily deal sites because you never know what is going to pop up on them lately. It seems the newest wave in daily deals is movie tickets for $4 or $5 and you need to be quick for them. It might not be a bad idea to create another email you use for signing up for this type of stuff. Mine is allies coupons @ hotmail.com. Easy for me to remember and I check it only when I know something is going to be there. I posted a question a couple weeks ago on Facebook on how you are earning some extra dough on the side. My idea was to get the creative juices flowing and get you thinking of things you might be really good at, that can help earn you a little more money. The following comes from reader Lynelle who works full time as a Bus Driver. As a way to earn a little extra scratch, she repairs the school bus seats. This is a great job for someone who knows how to sew/upholster. You might even know of a contact within the schools who could help get your foot in the door. I wanted to highlight this job because it cost Lynelle NO money to start up. She makes around $1600 a month extra doing this kind of work (depending on the hours she puts in.) Pretty good! If you are selected to participate in the Benjamin Moore's Consumer Advisory Board, they are asking that you commit to participating in at least one survey a month.
